Gonna take a break

Well here it is the 11Th of October 2008. Thursday I'm going to take a short vacation. Just me and my wife.
It amazes me how we get so caught up in just keeping everything rolling, that we get to spend very little of our time actually relaxing. Speaking of which, do you ever notice how people are actually more worn out after a vacation and it seems to take weeks to get back to normal. Well maybe that's because normal isn't so normal.
Work has been going well. Seems every time I turn around the Lord puts another person in front of me who has the ability to buy. Bit of a wonderment when you consider all the talk about how bad the economy is.
I don't think I've ever been to Lake Tahoe Ca. Had some friends invite us to go with them. Just so happens that it worked out. God has a way of doing things like that for us. Could be he's doing it for my wife and I just get to tag along.
I'm also planning on going back to Honduras in March to build another Church. Part of our missions outreach from the church I attend. I love going out of country to help others that are not as fortunate as we who live inside the USA are. I'd encourage anyone who has never done a missions trip to do one. It will certainly change the way you see things at home.
