"Merry Jesusmas"

Well here it is the middle of December. I don't think I've heard anyone say "Merry Christmas yet". That is except myself. People really seem to be in a frazzle with the economy being in the shape that it is.
I think that with all this turmoil going on the media has sucessfully sold the idea that were in a recession. That all the large banks and manufacturers getting money from the government to continue operating is mind boggling.
Then this mornings news has the Governor of Illinois getting arrested for corruption.
What an interesting world we live in. Call it greed because that what it really is.
Everybody wants more, and they'll do whatever they have to do to get it.
So what is positive? It's hard to tell anymore with all the bad news were constantly hearing.
I think I'll try even harder today to say a positive word, regardless of what I see going on around me.
I'm going to tell everybody I meet today "Merry Christmas" or maybe "Merry Jesusmas"
